103Appeals
(1)
An appeal may be made to the Lands Tribunal for Scotland, on a question of fact or on a point of law, against any decision of the Keeper under this Act.
(2)
Subsection (1) is without prejudice to any other right of recourse, whether under an enactment or under a rule of law.
(3)
Where a person successfully appeals against a decision of the Keeper to reject an application for registration, the application is not revived.
