(1)
The Transport (Scotland) Act 2001 is amended as follows.
(2)
In section 5(4) (consultation as to proposed quality partnership scheme), for paragraph (f) substitute—
“(fa)
the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland;”.
(3)
In section 15(3) (consultation as to proposed quality contract scheme), for paragraph (g) substitute—
“(ga)
the chief constable of the Police Service of Scotland;”.
