Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012, Section 106 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 09 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
In section 11 of the 2005 Act (conferral of functions in relation to other emergencies)—
(a)in subsection (1), for “a relevant authority (the “specified authority”)” substitute “ SFRS ”, and
(b)in each of subsections (2) and (3), for “the specified authority”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “ SFRS ”.
