129Commencement
1
The following provisions of this Act come into force on the day after Royal Assent—
a
in Part 1, sections 1 (and schedule 1), 2(1)(c), (2) and (3), 4, 7, 37, 38, 40(1), (3) and (4), 84(1), (2)(a) and (10), 88, 89, 98(4) (and schedule 4) and 99,
b
in Part 2, sections 101(1) (but only for the purpose of inserting section 1A(1) and (3) into the 2005 Act) and (2), 113, 117, 122(3) and (4) and 123, and
c
this Part (other than section 128).

The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by order appoint.

An order under this section may include transitional, transitory or saving provision.
