Housing (Scotland) Act 2014, Section 22 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 01 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
In section 13 of the 2006 Act—
(a)the word “and” after paragraph (e) of subsection (1) is repealed,
(b)after paragraph (f) of subsection (1) insert “, and
(g)the house has satisfactory provision for giving warning if carbon monoxide is present in a concentration that is hazardous to health.”,
(c)after subsection (5) insert—
“(6)In determining whether a house meets the standard of repair mentioned in subsection (1)(g), regard is to be had to any building regulations and any guidance issued by the Scottish Ministers on provision for giving warning if carbon monoxide is present in a concentration that is hazardous to health.”.
