Persons disqualified from membership S

3 S The following persons may not be appointed as (and may not continue to be) members of Historic Environment Scotland—

(a) members of the House of Commons,

(b) members of the House of Lords,

(c) members of the Scottish Parliament,

(d) members of the European Parliament.
