Notification of regulated activities

(1)

Prescribing the form and content of notifications and otherwise regulating the procedure for notifying the carrying on or proposed carrying on of regulated activities.

(2)

Specifying restrictions or other requirements in connection with notifications, including—

(a)

the subsistence of a notification,

(b)

the subsistence of an authorisation to carry on a regulated activity in respect of which the notification is given.
