8(1)It is not an offence under section 2(1) for an individual who holds a police permit under section 12 to possess or acquire an air weapon without holding an air weapon certificate if the permit authorises the possession or acquisition.S
(2)It is not an offence under section 24 for an individual who holds a police permit under section 12 to sell (or expose for sale) an air weapon, in the course of the holder's business, if the permit authorises the sale.
