  • A local authority

  • A National Park authority established by virtue of a designation order under section 6 of the National Parks (Scotland) Act 2000

  • The Police Service of Scotland

  • Scottish Enterprise

  • The Scottish Environment Protection Agency

  • The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service

  • Scottish Natural Heritage
