Sections 251 and 253 are repealed.

In subsection (2) of section 318 (false statements), sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (b) is repealed.

In the definition in subsection (1) of section 329 (interpretation) of “named person”, after the words “the person” there is inserted “
