The 2003 Act is amended as follows.

In section 32 (tenant's right to buy: procedure for buying), in subsection (6)(b), “if the tenant has not so concluded missives,” is repealed.
(3)
In section 84 (power of Land Court to grant remedies etc.), in subsection (2), “in respect of fixed equipment” is repealed.
