9 S In schedule 4 of the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002, in paragraph 2(2), for “Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths Inquiry (Scotland) Act 1976 (c.14)” substitute “ Inquiries into Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths etc. (Scotland) Act 2016 ”.
