106Regulations: parliamentary procedure
1
Regulations under this Act may—
a
make different provision for different purposes,
b
include such incidental, supplementary, consequential, transitional, transitory or saving provision as the Scottish Ministers consider appropriate.

Regulations under sections 6(1), 27(1), 47(1), 90(1), 95(1) and 99(1) are subject to the affirmative procedure.
3
Regulations under section 108(1) that amend or repeal a provision of an Act (whether alone or with other provision) are subject to the affirmative procedure.
4
Otherwise, regulations under this Act are subject to the negative procedure.
5
This section does not apply to regulations under section 100(1) or 112(2).
