This section and sections 100, 106 to 108 and 113 come into force on the day after Royal Assent.

The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by regulations appoint.

Different days may be appointed for different purposes.

Regulations under subsection (2) may contain transitory or transitional provision or savings.
