PART 2 S Interpretation of Part 1

Meaning of “the relevant date” S

9 S In Part 1, “the relevant date” means—

(a) in relation to a debtor other than a deceased debtor, the date of sequestration, and

(b) in relation to a deceased debtor, the date of death.
