(2) In schedule 5, after the entry relating to Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland insert— “ South of Scotland Enterprise ”.

(3) In schedule 8, after the entry relating to Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland insert— “ South of Scotland Enterprise ”.
