25Test purchases
(1)
An enforcement officer may, for the purpose of discovering whether any provision made by virtue of this Act is being complied with—
(a)
purchase, or authorise another person to purchase, any goods, or
(b)
secure, or authorise another person to secure, the provision of any services.
(2)
Nothing done in pursuance of this section constitutes a Championship offence.
