There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Referendums (Scotland) Act 2020, Paragraph 26.
26(1)The presiding officer must keep a list of persons to whom ballot papers are delivered in consequence of an alteration to the register made by virtue of section 13B(3B) or (3D) of the 1983 Act which takes effect on the date of the referendum.S
(2)The list kept under paragraph (1) is referred to as the “polling day alterations list”.
