Identity of unauthorised participants

The statement must record, in relation to each recordable transaction to which a person other than an authorised participant was a party—

(a)

the name and address of the person,

(b)

the date when, and the manner in which, the transaction was dealt with in accordance with sub-paragraphs (3) to (5) of paragraph 50 or those sub-paragraphs as applied by paragraph 50(6) or 51(2).
