Final provisions
11Commencement
1
The following sections come into force on the day after Royal Assent—
a
section 1 to the extent that it inserts section 5R(4)(b)(ii) into the 2005 Act, for the purpose only of the regulation-making power in that section,
b
section 10,
c
this section,
d
section 12.

The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by regulations appoint.

Regulations under this section may—
a
include transitional, transitory or saving provision,
b
make different provision for different purposes.
