(a)

in schedule 5 (improvement of public functions: listed bodies), under the heading “Scottish public authorities with mixed functions or no reserved functions”, at the appropriate place in alphabetical order insert—

  • “Redress Scotland”,

(b)

in schedule 8 (listed public bodies), at the appropriate place in alphabetical order insert—

  • “Redress Scotland”.
