I18Functions of the Scottish Ministers
The Scottish Ministers have, in relation to the redress scheme, the general functions of—
a
making administrative arrangements for the establishment and operation of the redress scheme,
b
providing information, guidance and support to individuals in connection with applications under the redress scheme.
