Section 6: Reporting on status of eviction provisions

36.Section 6 increases the information which is to be provided in the existing bi-monthly reports produced under section 15 of the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020 so as to include information about: current and planned measures to protect tenants from eviction, social housing eviction proceedings raised, rent arears in social housing and eviction orders issued by the First Tier Tribunal. The requirement doesn’t extend to measures which have been expired during the reporting period.
