If and in so far as it has not already expired, paragraph 46 of schedule 21 of the Coronavirus Act 2020 (modification of Public Health etc. (Scotland) Act 2008) expires on the date on which this Act comes into force.

The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make transitional, transitory or saving provision in connection with the expiry under subsection (1) of paragraph 46 of schedule 21 of the Coronavirus Act 2020.

Regulations under this section may make different provision for different purposes or areas.

Regulations under this section are subject to the negative procedure.
