The Hill Farming Act 1946 is amended as follows.

Sections 23 to 23C are repealed.

In section 24 (right of tenant to make muirburn notwithstanding terms of lease)—

in subsection (1), after “Act” insert “and Part 2 of the Wildlife Management and Muirburn (Scotland) Act 2024”

in subsection (4), after “Act” insert “and Part 2 of the Wildlife Management and Muirburn (Scotland) Act 2024”

Sections 25 and 26 are repealed.
