Modification of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016

8 Gratuitous alienations: right acquired in good faith and for value

(1) Section 98 (gratuitous alienations) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016 is modified as follows.

(2) In subsection (7), for “(6)” substitute “(5)”.
