(1)A power to make regulations under this Act—
(a)is exercisable by statutory instrument;
(b)includes power to make different provision for different purposes.
(2)A statutory instrument containing any of the following may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, [Senedd Cymru]—
(a)regulations under section 6(2);
(b)regulations under section 42(1) which amend, repeal or otherwise modify any provision in an [Act of Senedd Cymru], an Assembly Measure or an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom.
(3)Any other statutory instrument containing regulations made under section 42(1) is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of [Senedd Cymru].
