62 Powers of acquisition where railway diverted for road purposes. N.I.

(2) Where[F1 under Article 111 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993] land is acquired for the purpose of providing substituted sites or facilities for the railway undertaking, the undertaking may, notwithstanding anything in any other enactment, provide those substituted sites or facilities.
