108 Contributions to other voluntary bodies. N.I.

[F1 (1)] A council may contribute to the funds of any voluntary body which provides any public service in Northern Ireland.

[F1 (2) A council may contribute under subsection (1) towards the funds of a voluntary body in respect of publicity only where the publicity is incidental to the main purpose for which the contribution is given.]
