7 E+W In section 85 (guidance)—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) in paragraph (a) after “functions of” insert “ governance and ”;

(ii) in paragraph (b) for “audit” substitute “ such ”;

(b) in subsection (2), after “and its” insert “ governance and ”.
