3 Frequency of ordinary general elections E+W

(1) In section 3(1) (ordinary general elections) of the 2006 Act, for “fifth” substitute “fourth”.

(2) In the Wales Act 2014 (c. 29), omit section 1 (frequency of ordinary general elections).

I1 S. 3 comes into force in accordance with s. 25(3)
