Allowances etc. for attendance at hearings of the Tribunal and preparation of reports S

16 (1) The Tribunal may pay to any person (other than a member of the Tribunal or a member of the staff of the Tribunal) such allowances and expenses as the President shall determine for the purposes of, or in connection with, the person’s attendance at hearings of the Tribunal. S

(2) The Tribunal may pay to any person (other than a member of the Tribunal or a member of the staff of the Tribunal) such amounts as the President shall determine in connection with any report prepared by the person in accordance with rules made under paragraph 10(2)(q) above.
