19Statistical informationS
[F1(1)]The Commission shall F2... provide the Ministers with, and publish, statistical or other information [F3of such kind as may be prescribed in regulations] relating to the discharge of its functions.
[F4(2)Before making regulations under subsection (1) above, the Scottish Ministers shall consult such persons as they consider appropriate.]
