3SSection 75 of the Water (Scotland) Act 1980 (penalty for polluting water) shall be amended as follows—
(a)in subsection (3), in paragraph (a), for “the prescribed sum” substitute “ £40,000 ”; and
(b)subsection (4) is repealed.
