4SIn the Race Relations Act 1976—

(a)section 18B; and

(b)in Schedule 1A(bodies and other persons subject to general statutory duty), the entries relating to—

(i)the Scottish Further Education Funding Council; and

(ii)the Scottish Higher Education Funding Council,

are repealed.
