49 S In section 23(4)(b) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 (consultation requirements relating to notices), for “relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of that Act) for the area where the premises are (or are to be) situated” substitute “ Scottish Fire and Rescue Service ”.
