Rent (Scotland) Act 1984 (c.58)

3 In Case 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Rent (Scotland) Act 1984—

(a) the word “either” is repealed,

(b) paragraph (b) and the word “or” immediately preceding it are repealed.
