PART 3 S Children's services planning

18 Interpretation of Part 3 S

In this Part—

• “children's services plan” has the meaning given by section 8(2),

• “service” means any service or support—

  (a)

  which must be provided by the person concerned, or

  (b)

  which the person concerned has power to provide.
