Commencement and short title S

28 Commencement S

(1) The following sections come into force on the day after Royal Assent—

(a) section 24,

(b) section 25,

(c) section 27,

(d) this section, and

(e) section 29.

(2) The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by regulations appoint.

(3) Regulations under subsection (2) may—

(a) include transitional, transitory or saving provision,

(b) make different provision for different purposes.

29 Short title S

The short title of this Act is the Good Food Nation (Scotland) Act 2022.
