Council Decision of 26 June 1990 on expenditure in the veterinary field (90/424/EEC) (repealed) (c. 424)

Article 1 U.K.

This Decision lays down the procedures governing the Community's financial contribution towards:

• specific veterinary measures,

• inspection measures in the veterinary field,

• [F1 programmes for the eradication, control and monitoring of animal diseases and zoonoses.]

This Decision shall not affect the option enjoyed by certain Member States of being eligible for a financial contribution by the Community of more than 50 % under Council Regulation (EEC) No 2052/88 of 24 June 1988 on the Tasks of the Structural Funds and their effectiveness and on coordination of their activities between themselves and with the operations of the European Investment Bank and the other existing instruments(1).
