Article 34 (6) and (7) shall apply in respect of programmes to be established under the decision provided for in Article 19 of Council Directive 89/662/EEC of 11 December 1989 on the veterinary checks applicable in intra-Community trade with a view to the completion of the internal market(1), with a view to organizing veterinary inspections at external frontiers on products introduced into the Community from third countries.
