Commission Decision of 5 December 2006 amending Decisions 2006/7/EC, 2006/265/EC and 2006/533/EC as regards an extension of their period of application (notified under document number C(2006) 5860) (Text with EEA relevance) (2006/892/EC) (c. 892)

Article 1 U.K.

In Article 4 of Decision 2006/7/EC, the date ‘31 December 2006’ is replaced by ‘30 June 2007’.

Article 2 U.K.

Decision 2006/265/EC is amended as follows:

1.

In Article 3 the date ‘31 December 2006’ is replaced by ‘30 June 2007’.

2.

The Annex is replaced by Annex I to this Decision.

Article 3 U.K.

Decision 2006/533/EC is amended as follows:

1.

In Article 5 the date ‘31 December 2006’ is replaced by ‘30 June 2007’.

2.

The Annex is replaced by Annex II to this Decision.

Article 4 U.K.

The Member States shall immediately take the necessary measures to comply with this Decision and publish those measures. They shall immediately inform the Commission thereof.

Article 5 U.K.

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
