CHAPTER VII GENERAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 31 Report and further Community action

The Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and to the Council before...(1) and every five years thereafter a report on the implementation of this Directive.

The report shall be accompanied where necessary by proposals for further Community action.
