Council Directive 2008/7/EC of 12 February 2008 concerning indirect taxes on the raising of capital
This Directive shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Articles 1, 2, 6, 9, 10 and 11 shall apply from 1 January 2009.
