Article 2U.K.Balance
1.No later than 21 September of each year, the Commission shall draw up the balance described in Article 11 of Regulation (EC) No 3448/93 and submit it for examination to the Group of Experts on horizontal questions concerning trade in processed agricultural products not listed in Annex I (hereinafter ‘Group of Experts’).
[F12. If the estimated amount needed for refunds exceeds the funds available, the quantities of the various products, as identified by their eight-digit Combined Nomenclature code, shall be determined, in accordance with Article 11(1) of Regulation (EC) No 3448/93, with the aid of the balance.]

F1 Substituted by Commission Regulation (EC) No 1914/2003 of 30 October 2003 amending Regulation (EC) No 1488/2001 laying down rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 3448/93 as regards the placement of certain quantities of certain basic products listed in Annex I to the Treaty establishing the European Community under the inward processing arrangements without prior examination of the economic conditions.
