CHAPTER VIII U.K. GENERAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 29 U.K. Information on enforcement procedures and authorities

The Member States shall cooperate to provide the general public and professional circles with information on:

(a)

the methods and procedures of enforcement in the Member States; and

(b)

the competent authorities for enforcement in the Member States,

in particular via the European Judicial Network in civil and commercial matters established in accordance with Decision 2001/470/EC(1).
