CHAPTER III U.K. AMENDING AND FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 14 U.K. Amendment of Regulation (EEC) No 3444/90

Article 8 of Regulation (EEC) No 3444/90 is replaced by the following:

‘Article 8

The operative events for the exchange rate applicable to the aid and to the securities shall be those referred to in Articles 2(5) and 10 respectively of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1913/2006(1).’
