The service for which a Part B [F2safety] certificate is being sought is outlined and there is a description of how the railway undertaking’s generic procedures devised in support of its certificate issued in accordance with [F3Regulation 7(4)(b)(ii) of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006 or paragraphs 39 to 55 of the Schedule to the Channel Tunnel (Safety) (Amendment) Order 2013][F4Regulation 5(4) (b)(ii) of the Railways (Safety Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006] are applied to develop all the arrangements (including allocation of resources) put in place to deliver the service.
