CHAPTER XU.K.Specific requirements for rendered fats from Category 1 or Category 2 materials for oleochemical purposes

1.Rendered fats derived from Category 1 material or from Category 2 material which are destined for oleochemical purposes must be produced using any of the processing methods 1 to 5 as set out in Chapter III of Annex IV.U.K.

2.Rendered fats derived from ruminant animals must be purified in such a way that the maximum level of remaining total insoluble impurities does not exceed 0,15 % in weight.U.K.
