Article 179 U.K. Other implementing powers

The [F1 Secretary of State may make regulations]:

(a)

limiting the quantities for which licences may be issued;

(b)

rejecting the quantities applied for;

(c)

suspending the submission of applications in order to manage the market where large quantities are applied for.
